Settings

The /settings web panel

The most convenient way to manage the bot is the /settings command. It opens a web panel right inside Telegram (a Mini App), available to chat administrators.

In the panel you can:

  • enable/disable most protection modules;
  • choose punishments (mute or ban) for different cases;
  • configure welcomes and rules;
  • manage air-raid alerts (all topics / selected — with checkboxes);
  • set stop-words, exceptions and other parameters.

Who has access

The panel opens only for administrators of the chat from which the command was called. Changes apply to that specific chat.

Anti-Rus cannot be disabled

Removal of Russian-language messages is a core principle and is always active. The settings only change the notification mode (full / short / silent) and the optional ru→uk translation — not the protection itself.

Personal alerts

The /my_alerts command (in the bot’s DM) configures which reports you receive personally — for example, about bans and detected spam in your chats.

Your own AI key

The bot works with a shared key pool and has a daily per-chat limit. To remove the limit and make it faster and independent, an administrator can add their own AI key in /settings → the AI section. When the shared limit is exhausted, the bot switches to an economy mode on free fallback models, keeping the basic protection.

A web cabinet (coming soon)

In addition to the in-Telegram panel, a full web cabinet is planned on a separate subdomain (app.kwitka.kyiv.ua) — log in via Telegram, manage several chats, statistics, notes and alerts from a browser. This section will be updated once the cabinet is available.
